Deletion process
Is the process necessary for you to complete a domain deletion:

In order to delete a .UK Domain you have to "detag" it. This can be done through the webinterface (Domain Admin -> Push -> .UK Deletion) or with the API command PushDomain (target = DETAGGED).

Deletion timeframe
This refers to the deletion period in which your domain deletion command must be received by, in order not to have the domain renewed and charged accordingly:

.UK Domain Transfers are possible. Please note that when a .UK Domain is transferred successfully, the remaining registration period is kept. The domains will not be extended by one year.
Transfer procedure
- The domain owner has to contact his current registrar and ask him to change the so-called Registrar-Tag to "KEY-SYSTEMS-DE". When this has been done, the domain transfer has been completed successfully.

- Please note that you still must initiate the domain transfer through us, so that we can assign the domain, as soon as the transfer has been successful.
